Making new friends is a tough thing to do especially when you have been with the same people for around five years, on my first day i got speaking to some new people. This made me feel more confident towards making more new friends. What i did well was, speaking with confidence towards new people.

I spoke to someone who works in a shop, this made me feel much more confident approaching staff that work in a shop environment. I asked with confidence where an item was.

I created a presentation about myself and presented it to the class. It helped me develop teamwork skills as i worked with my friends to make it better and present. What went well was that I delivered it with confidence. Also i could improve on working with more classmates more often.

My flying lesson requires teamwork as we have to create a flight plan and decide where we are going to go. It developed my teamwork skills as it makes me confident with working with other people. What went well was that we created a flight plan and agreed on a destination. I could improve on working with other team members.

We created a quilt as part of a group in tutorial, it developed team skills as it made it so we had to work as a team as one person couldn’t do it. What went well was that we all worked together and completed it. We could improve on getting more stuck in at first and been more confident.

I have taken part in raising money for Barnsley College to send to Barnsley Hospice we raised £170 which will go to a good cause and help where possible. What went well was that we managed to sell our products, i would change where we were and next time would sit somewhere else. I achieved making a profit to give to a good cause.

At work i helped an old man get the item he wanted. What went well was that he got what he wanted and made a purchase and he was happy with the product. Flying a Cessna 152 aircraft around Barnsley and Sheffield. What went well was that i know how to fly a light aircraft and handle it well. I would change how my confidence was next time be more confident. I turn up to work on time and ready for my shift. What went well was that i prepared myself and got ready for my shift. I would change that i got up bit earlier or prepared my things the night before. I achieved getting to work in plenty time and didn’t have to rush

I get my assignments in on time and they are done in detail. What went well was that i have got a good grade and don’t need to do any work to make it better. I would change spreading it out and doing so long on an assignment every day or when i can. I achieved a good grade and continue to work hard on every assignment.

I helped an old man at the doctors. What went well was that he managed to make his appointment in time. I would change that i would ensure that he was okay. I achieved feeling proud that i helped someone in need.

I help my grandparents with their garden. What went well was we managed to get the jobs that needed doing done and the end result was amazing.
