         <description><![CDATA[<div>Youth workers in a informal setting can provide counselling via casual conversations, coffee/lunch, more conversational based. Whereas formal approach would require the youth worker and youth to be in a more structured settings i.e inside an actual office, notes would have taken ect. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Informal and formal education are different as formal education has a focus that is not primarily focused on the young person. Informal education is based on relational situations. Formal education can be for instance a teacher who is  goals concerned with the curriculum. Informal may be coping with a death in the family.  </title>
