1.) Challenges faced were like having a massive infrastructure project and little experience with such a large-scale rail project and the need to integrate the MRT system with broader urban planning in the long term.

2.) Key values like determination, resilience and tenacity were shown during the process of constructing the rail way and I say so because building such a big railway project require a lot of work and without having such strong spirit and determination to not give up, our people would not be able to have that spirit to finish such a large scale project and the transport would not have been so advanced.

1) Usually did not have easy access to water,

making it difficult to keep utensils clean and

prevent contamination by flies and rats.

No proper waste disposal area and

refuse were left on the streets.

Water and ice might be easily

contaminated, potentially causing cholera

and typhoid outbreaks.

Obstructed traffic and city planning.

2) Resilience, teamwork. Resilience because the government did their best to overcome the challenges. Teamwork because everyone worked hard behind the scenesto make food better and being recognised.

It wasn't easy to clean up Singapore's waterway. Because there is a massive engineering job that required laying underground sewers across the whole island.
It took a lot of manpower and labour to clean the water entirely as it is a mass effort by Sinagpore.

The challenges Singapore faced was balancing between need to preserve biodiversity and Urban developments. It is a challenge as there is limited land in Singapore to build infrastructure and green spaces in Singapore.

1 key quality demonstrated is innovation and teamwork as they have to make plans to balance infrastructure and biodiversity with limited amount of land. The process was definitely not easy as it is affected by many factors like transport building locations, housing locations and infrastructures, industries, working with other teams that are managing these areas.
