Grow: Though the activity was very helpful overall, I would love more guidance on how to reason points well from the company's perspective and providing good illustration at the same time. From this activity, I have realised that I still struggle in the same since it's difficult to find data for and against a particular CUEGIS component. Also, I would really appreciate guidance on how to evaluate arguments related to stakeholders other than customers/employees such as the government or the community.

Goals:  Honestly, the feedback given was extremely helpful. I really appreciate how all the comments and corrections were criteria-wise and from the exam point of view. The tools, theories and techniques recommended were very useful to incorporate in my answer. The insightful feedback on the stakeholders (one individual and group) really allowed me to understand where I was wrong. All my queries regarding the feedback were also answered. Goals (what did i learn in this session):  I learnt that depending one just 2 companies will not help and have companies from both secondary and tertiary sector. Perhaps, I can also improve on the breadth of the stakeholders that I use in my answer and try to make my arguments more substantiated with evidence. That will only happen with practice, so main plan of action: 
- Practice more CUEGIS answers. 

Grows: I could have written the answer in the allocated time in the week before and contributed to the class activity, but did not. Eventually though, when I did write the answer, I found that my existing research in the operations management section of CUEGIS was lacking, so I lost time trying to find new information on the spot. 

Goals: Going forward I need to learn to stick to given timelines. growth: I could've easily scored better if my format was correct and my points were illustrated clearly. moreover, if i would've effectively been able to connect the points i made with the stakeholders impact then my answer would've definitely scored a lot more.

My answer had limited examples in it. Moreover, I need to identify and sort out unnecessary information from relevant information, in accordance to the question.  

Growth: I missed out on the time duration allocated to this activity, and this resulted in failure of peer assessment. I feel that if I had followed the timeline for this activity, I would have got to experience the peer assessment activity through which I could have have understood the perspectives of others on the same question and their outlook for the same. 

Goals: Post the feedback, I understood that I was taking into account the wrong group of stakeholders. Furthermore, I was only addressing to one part of the question such as the impact of innovation on strategies but i was missing out on the word 'operational' strategies, which i think reduced my mark in the knowledge criteria.

Thus, I lost out on peer assessment. I did not incorporate both the concepts mentioned in the question and only focused on one. 

Goals: What did I learn in this session? (Which behaviours did I earn points for?): I was told not to use words like 'can' and 'might'. I also brought in a lot of stakeholders. I was told to only focus on one individual and one group of stakeholders.   • I need to refer to the CUEGIS criteria to ensure I know what is expected in an answer.
  • I had written only 1 answer out of the 2. If I would've written the second answer, I could've gotten feedback on more concepts to know where I stand and how much work is needed on improving my answers.
Growth:
  • I need to have more data of the company with respect to all components of CUEGIS in order to have more points to evaluate.
  •  I lost a lot of marks in criteria C, the reason for which is lack of balanced arguments. I have advantages and impacts for all the decisions however, the disadvantages of a decision or change in the company is missing. I need to make sure I have enough pros and cons for all research points. 
  • I also had only two individual stakeholders in my answer which also made me lose out on marks that could have been easily obtained. I need to focus on finding out impacts of decisions and changes at Apple on group as well as individual stakeholders.
Goals:
  • When we do self evaluation and mark our own answers, we tend to give ourselves higher marks which I did but I've realised that peer marking and having the same answer marked by the teacher gives us a realistic view of where we actually stand and how much work is needed to get at least 15/16 in the answer. 
  • I learnt that I need to not only make sure I have accurate points, illustrations and evaluations. but I also need to make sure whatever I write has to not be superficial

  • Revision is necessary to ensure better performance pertaining to terminology.
  • Further research is required as a portion of the time was consumed in the research process.
Grows:
  • Better evaluation is needed to attain for points. This goes hand in hand with the research point as inorder to substantiate the evaluation,  evidence is required.
  • Too much time was spent on describing the points of interest which ate away the time alotted to the second essay.
  • The evaluation needed to be attributed to the effects on the stakeholder- both the group and the individual.
  • The structure was disrupted due to the inconpetency present in the rather poor conclusion.
Goals:
  • The points given on the classroom helped a great deal when it came to planning the actual answer.
  • The aforementioned factor lead to a certain percentage of time saved while researching.
  • The points of interest were all made relevant to the topic through the aid of the guiding points given.
  • Evaluation was done although could be done better.

By carrying out peer assessment I would have been able to gather more information on companies which I could use at a later date in my CUEGIS responses. Once I did write my response I was able to assess my own work and that helped me realise the key areas that I need to work on.

Grows-For each answer that I attempt I can have better planning. With better planning my answers can be more coherent and I can ensure that I include all the required elements in my answer. I also need to works towards including a balanced argument in my answer as that would allow me to achieve a higher grade.

Goals-One of the most important things to keep in mind while writing a CUEGIS answer is that I need to manage my time well and not allocate too much time simply writing the response. I also learnt that by adding the adequate tools I can easily strengthen my arguments so I must include more tools while writing the answer. In my essays I am able to include all the necessary stakeholders so I need to continue doing that.

More specific examples and statistics can be given to put my point forward. Furthermore, I need to evaluate my points better by using LOSTSMS. I also need to utilise the PIES structure properly. Lastly, I need to be well-versed with the assessment criteria to ensure I understand what is expected of me and will ensure me a high mark. 

Grows: I could have structured my answer better so that it has a natural flow. I could have broken down the question in my own words so that I make sure I understand before starting to write the essay. I also need to complete the full answer the next time because I missed out on peer assessment this time. 

Goals: I learned to research better and find specific points for topics like production methods, sustainability which come under operations management. I have a document prepared on CUEGIS from which I took points up which made it convenient for me because I had researched earlier.
