Because both of them has their own advantages. The coursebook are easy to use, clear and ready for curriculum. Each student has the book prehandedly so it is more useful. The authentic materials are also more up to date so they are more enjoyable and captures more interest.
2) Yes, the ideas will be useful in my classes. I willl make use of the activities in my classroom. Because they are really stimulating for the class athmosphere.

3)Edpuzzle is a great motivative for students in the classroom. As it is available to add videos and edit them I would like to make use of it during my lessons for a supportive material.

They are also shy and don't feel comfortable while talking infront of the class.
2) I think some of them are useful such as the circle activity; it helps the students to make peer correction with gestures and body language and also student feels more comfortable rather than talking infront of the whole class. And unfortunately the digital ones are not useful for me. Because I work at a village so most of the students can not reach technology easily.

Because it saves time and gives students chance to do detailed reading at their home comfort. It is time saving.
Only negative way of it is that the teacher cannot monitor the students while reading. But as a solution we can use post reading activities to understand if the student read the text or not.
2) One of the most common problems is that reading activities takes too much time during the lesson. The weaker students can't finish reading in the given time while the strong ones finishes task earlier. So it causes caos in the classroom. So flipped classes are a good solution for that kind of problems.
Note: I liked the ppt of Çiğdem,Fulya,Melike's group. Because their using run circle game nicely fits to the lesson and sharing an online quiz link is also useful.

It is also effective for young learners. It gives chance to form freer activities, pair works and so on and students learn unconsciously. I may also make use of ppt method sometimes because even it is a traditional method it is easier to apply and teacher can control the level of input language and also helps efficient use of time.
2) My colleagues may wantvto discuss which way is more useful to present grammar whether implicit or explicit way. They may also be interested in loom teaching method.
I think implicit way of presenting grammar should be prioritised because it is a new way of teaching, the focus is on the learners and the use of language. It keeps the students active. So it would be better to focus on.
3) I think pair works, miming and guessing games, drilling activities will be effective while teaching vocabulary in my area because they keep the students active and focused on the learner. So the students may learn vocabulary without memorising but using it in daily life situations.
We can also make use of the game websites if they have smartboards especially learnenglishkids and eslgamesworld are good ones.
4) I make use of vocabulary notebooks in my classes for my students recording new words that they have learnt in each new unit or daily sometimes. They can personalise their notebooks using colours, stickers or pictures. So I believe the teachers in my area will probably feel in the same way.
2) Througt the training I took lots of notes, got very useful ideas both from the facilitators and my collegues. I take all these great ideas in my pocket. Here I have the chance of refreshing my tool box. My collegues in my area also will be able to benefit these ideas about teaching methods and problems thanks to the PDC meetings.
3) I expect the PDC sessions will help me to deal with possible problems about planning and conducting PDCs. The sessions that we did together were good ideas for planning ours, while you gave us the information you also modeled us how to plan our meetings and how to conduct them. And I think the micro PDCs,that we are going to do, will also help us to get useful ideas about problems we may come across later in our PDCs
Assessment section
1) One of the most common problem for my area is that the students are focused on the state exam LGS so they are not caring about listening, writing or speaking they are just solving tests. And this is a big burden for the teachers.
