A great part of the citizenship lacks habits of care for the environment, they throw garbage in public places thinking that a small paper or bottle does not cause so much damage, putting at risk the integrity of all.                               

The truth is that the accumulation of this solid waste causes serious damage to sewers. For example, streams full of garbage carried by rainwater cause drains to become clogged. 
When clogged and saturated, the drainage networks lead to two things: flooding during the rainy season and sewage overflows, as well as foul odors in the streets.
