Public information adverts normally use tag lines so that it can stick with someone that sees it. It's something that will be easy to remember. For example the TLF, awareness to sexual harassment, they have the tag line, 'Report it to stop it'. Its a good tag line because it tells you everything to know even if you haven't seen the campaigns you have an understanding of what its about.

At the start of the video the mans whole face isn't seen but as the advert goes on we began to see more of his face. that links back to the posters for the people faces aren't fully shown.

During the video you can hear people reporting him and describing what he looks like. This makes the audience understand what they should do if they ever get into that scenario.
The police officer who was questioning the people was very calm and helped them give key details. I think that it was done so that people watching this campaign would want to talk to the police.

At the end of the video when the police ended up finding the man it breaks the stereotype that police don't deal with sexaual harassment
and it makes the people dealing with this issue to speak up because something will be done to help them.

The man that gets caught seems like he's a nice guy and the people like him. He looks like he holds a high position at he's work. It breaks the stereotype people that commit sexaual harassment acts are low life's. In the video theres other woman that he's working with and they seem happy and he almost looks like cool and laid back boss when the police come they look shocked like he wouldn't do something like that.

The fact that he's face is pix-elated relates to a crime watch show and it makes it look like a more serious crime. The pix-elated image started getting clearer it uses the idea that every piece of detail will help. It tells the audience that anything that they had to say will help and that this will encourage the audience to tell the police any information they might have.

At the end of the video the voice that says 'report it to stop it' is a woman. That links to their target audience which is women. The fact that her voice is so strong it shows the fact that women have strength when they use their voices.
(YouTube, 2017)

This video links back to the posters because at one scene it looks like the poster with the victim on the floor, the main difference between the poster and the video is that there's another character which is the friend. This links to the tag line that says don't let your friend die on the road. It makes all the audience feel involved even if your'e that got into a car accident you might know someone that has.

The lack of non-diegetic sound makes the video more the video more intense. It makes the audience what too want to watch it. If its on the TV and it gets in between an advert that has a lot of sound it would make the audience want to see what its about.

The whole video has dark lighting and that makes the audience know that something bad has happened. It makes you think the worst has happened. The fact that the girl is on the floor and isn't moving shows that she might be died.
(YouTube, 2009)
