I can help you with your class project, one mountain activity that i like is the mountain biking, to do mountain biking you need helmet, knee pads, elbow pads and gloves.
I find it interesting because you go very fast, you also cross trough places that are very difficult to pass, but in this sport you have to be carefull because is very dangerous.

You asked me about a mountain activity I know. I´m going to talk about abseiling. this activity is a controlled descent off a vertical drop, such as a rock .involves two climbers descending on the same belay device. You need: rope, anchors, helmet, gloves, special shoes, harness. You need to have a great control and love for the height. I think it's a really interesting activity because it give you a lot of chance to access place you could not by trailing. I'm sure you will love it. just prepare yourself very well to not have a accident.

So your project is about activities that you can do in the mountains i would choose rock climbing because it is a fun sport and for me its is extreme, people who do this type of sport have to do this sport and be very careful where they climb. Although you can do many sports in the mountains such as horse riding, mountain biking, and snowdon but the one that caught my attention was rock climbing.

I like abseiling because in my opinion it is one of the easiest activities and it is entertaining. The equipment you need to abseiling is a harness and a helmet, and you need a lot of strength in your legs and arms, since you must push your weight with your legs to go down and you need strength in your arms to go down the rope little by little.

thanks for your e-mai, its good to receive an e-mail from you again, I already missed talking to you; regarding what you said, my favorite activity in the mountains I think would be skiing because I love snow and I think its very fun, to do it you need a helmet, special clothing for the cold, a ski board, now glasses and gloves.
