My first task is to arrange the invoice, purchase order and delivery order by the sequence of supplier’s name, alphabetical order from A to Z. Then, the second task is to arrange the invoice, purchase order and delivery order by invoice date. I review the bills for May on the date of 1st May until 31st May. When I reviewing the bills, I noticed that there are several bills that are being wrongly grouped. For example, there is total of 200 bills on 10 May but when I checked it one by one, there is also bills dated on 8 May that are slipped in between. Thus, I need to remove the 8 May bills and place it in the right place.  There is almost 200 bills for every month so I need to go through one by one in order to ensure that all the bills are properly grouped. In order to do filing work, I will need to edit the older filing templates, changing it to the new one, editing the font size and ensuring the frame size is accurate before I print it. I will also show it to Mr Siva first before I print to avoid any mistakes and paper waste. Aside from the restaurant staffs, all the AKSB management team also need to went there and listen to medical talk as well as completing the health screening. Thanks to that, I got the experience to set my foot on the seventh tallest telecommunication tower in the world. It is such an amazing experience to be able to enjoy 360-degree view of the city. I got to look around and take lots of pictures to be kept as memories. Later in the evening at the office, Mr Siva give me the Atmosphere 360 sales bills that are dated on 24th June until 7th July. I learnt that most bookings are being made by travel agencies. Tourists tend to book the travel packages that are already including dinner at the Atmosphere 360. They will pay lump sum amount to Atmosphere 360 since they make number of booking in a month. Then, Atmosphere 360 will deduct from their account if they had credit account. Some travel agencies will sent their customer first and pay later while some will pay a huge amount first before sending their customers. Atmosphere 360 also receive requests from customers for special booking for special event with some additional charges applied. It is quite challenging for me since I had to do it by myself because I am too shy to asked others for help. I begin recording the videos before work hours and managed to record my everyday journey into the office. It is a part of my SIEP video project planning. Then, I started to prepare interview questions for Mrs Farah Aswati for our interview session on Friday, 19th July 2019 conducted by me. I started to prepare all of the equipments for the interview session with Mrs. Farah, head of the administration department. I set up the tripod, camera and microphone to ensure that the interview session will gone smoothly as possible. Mr. Johan as a head of marketing department, offered himself as a cameraman. Three of us then went to the meeting room to conduct the interview session. Mrs. Farah managed to answers all of my questions perfectly due to her countless experience in the company. Later in the evening, I just finished all of my unfinished tasks and business including the one that I had the day before. I begin to pack all of my stuffs that I had kept two weeks there.
