         <description><![CDATA[<div>I thought my goal was pretty easy for me. I am usually very active but before these 30 days if the weather was bad I wouldn’t bother trying to do any physical activity but that changed during this wellness project. I was going strong for the first 26 days but in the end I failed because I was sick the last 4 days. I don’t feel to bad about it because it wasn’t my fault I failed at the end, it was just an unfortunate event. If I was to redo my goal I would have made the time longer like 60 minutes or longer instead of 45 minutes to make it a little more challenging.</div>]]></description>
