We grew so fast that it was difficult to put systems into place so we are now trying to fix certain issues such as credit card reconciliations and finance issues that gets put on program staff but I wish we could get more support from folks who formally studied finance to have guidance when putting these systems in place.

I think that I want to emphasize our programs that have long-term strategic case management rather than quick fixes like rent payments because I often see folks coming back years later asking for help which lets me know they are not in a better place financially and I want to promote our mission statement of self-sufficiency so that families can provide a better life for themselves and their future generations and start building generational wealth.

Tending toward being more reactive than proactive in certain aspects, similar to what was mentioned about putting systems into place and perhaps determining the correct people to implement the systems.

Disability justice, whether it's through a collaboration with Early Childhood Dept/mental health professionals- early awareness and diagnosis, or at later stages in life to address the hardships people with disabilities can face when seeking employment, housing, and other resources.

Organization expansion into other counties or even states with strong operations here in Oregon, increased partnership with sister organizations that are doing similar work to boost outcomes.
