They work with other teachers at the same grade level to ensure that each class is working on the same content. It is important that all the teachers can grow from each other and collaborate lesson planning to help their students all learn the same ideas and for them all to be up to speed with their lessons. If a large number of students from different classes struggle with one lesson, all of the teachers can work together to help the students succeed.
