When I started my PST journey here, I honestly expected that everything will be awkward since it is usually natural for a first day to feel a little distant since all of them are still strangers. Yet, everyone greeted each other warmly as if we are welcoming a long-lost sibling.

Either in studying the lessons, practicing for mock calls, or even in personal matters; all of us had each others' backs. ready to uplift one another. Learning is als fun and interactive which helps us to not only absorb the knowledge we acquired in a faster pace but it also brings us together. That maybe the reason why work feels more like a fun adventure with family rather than an inevitable responsibility.

I am so grateful to be in Transcom. For me, I never felt how home should really feel till I step inside Transcom and I never felt how family should feel till I meet these uplifting people.

Through the guidance of our trainers and collaboration with my wave mates, I deepened my understanding of effective communication, critical thinking, and teamwork. I’m grateful for the experience and look forward to applying these lessons as I continue to grow and contribute meaningfully to the organization.

‎To my team, thank you for being more than just coworkers. We shared struggles, laughter, and lessons that I will carry with me wherever I go. I will always be proud to have been part of such an incredible team.

thank you for believing in me even when I doubted myself. Thank you for your patience, your guidance, and for shaping me into someone stronger and more confident. Your teachings did not only help me become better at my job, but also helped me grow as a person.

‎This journey taught me resilience, courage, and faith in myself. I will forever be thankful for the opportunity that transcom given to me.

Wave 62A.

To be completely honest, Transcom wasn’t initially my first choice. I had other plans, but looking back, I realize that destiny has its own way of steering us toward where we truly belong Transcom Official Careers. My journey here was a whirlwind I had my final interview on January 14th at 3:00 AM, and by 2:00 PM that same day, I was already starting Day 1. It was fast, intense, and exactly the kind of momentum I needed.

Our training journey has been nothing short of fantastic. Beyond the complexities of Xfinity products and technical workflows, what truly resonated with me was the character development we experienced. We weren't just taught how to handle calls; we were taught how to grow as individuals.

I want to give a massive shoutout to my fellow wave mates . You guys made the long hours feel short and the difficult lessons feel like a breeze. Whether it was sharing notes, surviving a tough drill, or just laughing together during breaks, your energy kept me going. We started as strangers, but we’re leaving this training as a team.

A huge part of that growth is thanks to our trainer, Argel. Argel, you didn't just give us the tools to succeed; you gave us the confidence to believe we could. And  because of you 

 Tanduay Select is basically just 'taste like  water' kidding aside you showed us the importance of grit and camaraderie.

I am beyond thankful for this opportunity at Transcom and incredibly grateful to have shared this experience with all of you. To Argel, and to every one of my wavemates, thank you for being the support system I needed. I’m walking away from this training not just as a professional, but as a better version of myself. #Blessed #jorgon#xbouhx#jauhllibee.

Transcom has taught me many things that I am now interested in. I’m also happy that I met my best friends here and got to know many other people. I’m truly grateful for this learning journey the fun moments, the misunderstandings, the friendly competition between us, and even the silent times we shared.

To our trainer from Wave 62A, thank you for being patient, kind, and considerate. As a newbie, having such a wonderful trainer really eased the fear of being left behind.

I will do my best to improve in what I do here, treasure the people around me, and work with integrity. Thank you all.

PST was fun and I didn't expect that I will be meeting strangers that became not just my soon to be co-workers but at the same time my friends. Sepcial mention to my trainer that also became somewhat our mother, thank you so much for personally being careful on me as a newbie, I have learned a lot and will continue to learn as I move forward to my journey as a call center representative under transcom. I also met tenured supports that made our journey on inflight bearable. That is all for now, Thank You for the experience!

I had a wonderful journey during my PST. I truly learned so much, and I want to thank you for all the teachings and all the knowledge shared with us throughout our training days. I also found new friends and a sense of home here at Transcom, and I’m really grateful for that.
