Because I learned about the impact and ripple effect of the employment rate on Korea. As I researched the data, I found that the employment rate had a huge impact on the nation's marriage and birth rate. The structural characteristics of Korean society show that a single variable, the employment rate, causes various problems. However, when I participated in the forum, I had a chance to talk with people of various races, cultures, and countries, and to learn about human rights issues around the world.
