         <title>What is the Present Perfect</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The present perfect is a verb tense used to describe an action that began in the past and remains true to the present.</p><p>It is formed by conjugating the action verb to the past participle form, for most verbs this only requires the addition of an -ed or just a -d if the verb ends in an -e.</p><p>Then the auxilary verb have/has (the latter being used for singular pronouns and proper nouns; he/she/they).</p><p>(have/has+[verb]ed/d)</p>]]></description>
