• Planning (far into the future) is a weakness of mine. I can plan for a few days, but I feel that my classes pivot quite often.

• Balancing productivity & taking a "moment" during planning periods.

Grow: Efficiently managing two preps. Balancing grading and planning.

Amount of emails...some get lost.

Students who haven't been applying themselves are starting to put forth more effort.

When focused, I can knock out all of my major tasks in a a day (grading, planning, IRA activities, etc.)

Grow:

Not always focused, especially when tasks pile up. It gets difficult to prioritize things at times
