         <description><![CDATA[<div>Our grading system is not standards based, it is a gotcha policy. If you do not get it now, you are penalized and do not have an opportunity to redo or relearn. Some students learn things at a different pace, we should not penalize them if they still want to learn and grow. Need to allow the opportunity to redo/retake/remix since the goal is to learn in the end.</div>]]></description>
