How the source relates to the topic: MY source relates to my topic because it talks about how people can build their confidence in a few step by reprogramming their brain.

Reading this article helped me understand my topic better because it talks about how people feel that they aren't born with confidence so in result they don't have the confidence to try to build any so in turn they are not going  out of their "safe zone." To understand what I mean here is an example, as a freshmen i was not afraid to get up and talk with confidence but every other time there was another person presenting they all was talked with a thin weak voice because they didn't have the confidence to speak up. this is not only carrying through high school but into jobs that people have and what they do is directly correlated with how much confidence they have.

The author got the idea of the text across from her ideas to text very well and it made large amount of sense coming from the point of view that she had. the author used a great amount of explanations and a great use of list in order to get her point across to the reader. The list made the reader focus on what the author wanted them to focus on and that is how she did this.

Reading this poem helped my understand that not only when people lack the confidence to do something that they just make a nervous move and keeping going but they try to ignore the the problem. when people do that that means that they may be missing the opportunity of a life time or the chance to do something that they have all was wanted to do. not only that but the fact that their are people on the world that just can't and will not try to do something that is out of their comfort zone is whats the problem with our society to day because the fact that people don't have that confidence to stand up for them self's.

This ted talk relates to my topic because Black talks about how he didn't have any confidence in the early years in his life and after he won the yo yo world championship he went back to japan to realized that he was not in society that was about that and he lost his confidence.

This ted talk helped me understand more about my topic because it showed that when someone has confidence it can be lost and coming out of ones comfort zone can lead to a disaster that you may never recover. to also help me understand that a person with a lack of confidence may never be able to do what they want to do or never be able to stand up for them self's.

The speaker gets his point across with a story of his life experiences to convey what he wanted to which was a excellent way to get across he point to the reader.

lookign at the image of this lack of confidence that this person has is just what our society has come to. The fact that every one gets a trophy and that every one is told good job no mater what. that is why no one is able to stand up from themselves or that fact that the world is a hurtful place and that their are no participation trophies because of the fact that the world isn't fair and that what you were told through out child hood id that their are winners and losers. the lack of confidence that this kind of society creates is why people can't stand for themselves and that their are people missing opportunity and down grading their life its self.
