Socrates made enemies because he asked the right questions, he knew the difference between good and bad and also the meanings. Socrates ruled fairly and was understandable to those who knew, his death was due to drinking poison from the hemlock plant. Plato was a student of Socrates he favored him in many of the books he wrote, (he was born during the gold age) Plato was the reason for the first democracy, plays & written histories. Plato had thought of a better way to live, he assigned everyone to their own favored job for life. There was no war because the philosophers had kings and to ensure the world he created to be perfect he had the kids only hear uplifting stofies.

Socrates was a important classical Greek philosopher, who claimed "An unexamined life is not worth living" when he was found guilty. Socrates had many enemies because he would question every idea people believed in because he knew the difference between good and bad and found the meaning to everything. Socrates finds himself in a hard place, because when he is telling the jury the story of why he is being accused he finds it very difficult to make a defense for himself. He was prescribed death by drinking a cup of poison hemlock. From socrates experience of being a very important influential philosopher showing happiness and Socratic irony. Today children love luxury, and have bad manners.

Socrates was an important figure because of how intelligent he was. He thought outside of the box questioning everything such as ideas and beliefs of others, this made him give off the wrong idea. Doing so got him a lot of enemies which ended up badly on his end. The method used today is called the "Socrates method" that basically questioned ideas of others such as Socrates himself did. He was put to trial on 339 b.c for "corrupting the young" and was an elder at age 69. He was given the opportunity to be free if he agreed on changing his ways and give up on questioning things, yet he denied the offer and killed himself by drinking poison which was his punishment. A person who stuck by him was Plato which made sure everything Socrates taught him live on.

Fortunately she survived and was able to carry her own message on, but for Socrates', Plato made sure that his message lived through him.

i agree with " Socrates experiences can be connected to today because many of the things he believed in/spoke for had a great impact on today's society. Nowadays, it is a lot easier for people to speak their minds. people do not get sentenced to death just for standing up for what they believe in and i feel that Socrates actions has a lot to do with that."
