-As an FCPCian who characterizes interpersonal skills, I believe communication strategies help avoid communication breakdown because it is for situations where there's a struggle in communication. For example, use fillers in conversations to make the conversation go even when running out of words and avoid communication breakdown.

-is the practice of switching between two languages or dialects or registers of the same language at the same time. In speech, code switching occurs significantly more frequently than in writing. It is sometimes referred to as code-mixing and theme.

for example: if how does the Turkish students use some boundary words like ama (but) or yani (I mean) while speaking English.

LITERAL TRANSLATION: It refers to a phrase translation from the native language from the source language to the target language, for example the old couple lives a cat and dog lifestyle, which indicates that they are very cheap and modest in their way of life, as if they were homeless cats and dogs.

-The benefit of employing these tactics is that communication breakdowns are avoided. While using these has the drawback of expressing ambiguous views, it also has the potential to cause misinterpretation.

 

 2. How can communication strategies help you to avoid communication breakdown?

 

-Because each approach has its unique manner of preventing miscommunication, communication strategies aid in the prevention of communication breakdown. These approaches aren't only for locals; we can use them all around the world.

 

 3. In what situations will you use foreignizing, code switching, and literal translation?

 -These tactics will help me communicate with people who speak a language other than mine. Because I am not fluent in English, I can utilize these with a Filipino-American, for example.

- Yes, we should always use communication tactics. Always keep in mind that prevention is preferable to treatment. In other words, rather than resolving miscommunication or disagreements, we should prevent them from occurring in the first place.

 

 5. Why do you need to put yourself in the shoes of the people you are communicating with?

- Some of us merely listen but don't understand what someone is saying or screaming about. People must put themselves in the shoes of the people with whom they are speaking in order to comprehend their feelings and, at the at least, provide them with some inspirational advise.

-We can choose what to say when speaking with people by using our interpersonal skills. Our selection is sometimes influenced by the status and relationship with the person with whom we are conversing.
