When in reality, that term is outdated and is a derogatory term. We can't get everything perfectly and their will always be some difference in opinion but making sure to expose people to the realities that aid work of all types is complicated is one of the most important things GB does. When they returned a year later for a similar project, they saw that none of the infrastructure was used (it was actually dismantled with the parts used for other things).
