B. I believe that these rights must include all humans and there should be no exceptions. Everyone one deserves to be treated equally and should have equal rights under the law regardless of race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation. No one should be treated as less then human because everyone has human dignity that cannot be taken away. Even if people make bad decisions their rights should not be taken away because everyone should be given the opportunity to grow, change, and learn from their mistakes. 

C. It was hard for me to choose which right was the most important because every right was significant in its own way and benefits all people. However, if I had to choose a right it would be Article 2 because it says that all people regardless of  "race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status" should be equally protected by all rights in the declaration. This article encompasses all of the other rights set forth in the declaration and ensures that everyone receives basic human rights. 

D. I think that various countries, cultures, peoples came to agree on these rights because they all come back to respecting the dignity of each human being. These countries were able to agree that people deserve to be treated fairly and has rights that should not be taken away by others. I also think that since many different people had an input on what was outlines in these rights they made sure that no one and nothing was left out or forgotten.
