Hi everyone, 

Hope you are all doing well. 

In the Tut today - What is our artwork? 

We can just pick any then change it next week. For the assessment they will need to see why we picked it and why we changed it. 

I have only made one suggestion Twelfth Night - Ideas; desire destroys societies.  I'd prefer to do something else. 

In class they suggested a short story would be easy to respond. It would be easy for the whole group to read and understand in a short amount of time. 

The main purpose of this assessment is to prove our collaboration and management, team working skills.

For Next Week we need to put together a padlet https://padlet.com with our examples.

What are the skills everyone can contribute? Who is our audience?

Wednesday - All-day I'm not free between 5pm and 8:30pm or after 

Thursday - Early morning or after 2pm or Night 8:30pm or after

I'm looking forward to working with you all. I think we have some great creative people in this group.

Probably would be best to talk to Tracy tho cause she’s a bit more on task than I am sorry like she created the main idea we’re doing so she could help you pick a task like I’m planning on doing a voiceover and making the figurines etc

Hi Raymond, 

Thanks for getting in touch. 

Have you seen the padlet yet? 

It explains the idea - Response to Twelfth Night / basically the moral lesson is that doing whatever you want (following desire) causes mayhem in a society. 

The response us a game that is played by moving in any direction after filling the dice and landing on card that then give the players activities to do. 

So we have aboard game and there will be a voice over and the whole thing will be filmed. 

That's the basic concept so the rest is pretty open you do what you want. 

You might like to do something creative with the filming side if things. 

You could make up so e funny activities on the cards. 

You could work on sound or smoke or some sort of artistic element. 

We are open to anything so you can get as creative as you like.

Rebekah has studied Shakspeare and has great ideas for the voice over. Using Shakspearian insults to add some comedy to the game. Rebekah is also working on figurines using clay. 

Tracy designed to game board and the way the game is played to reflect society going in whatever direction they like. Using a dice and square to land on different spaces and pick up card that will encourage exploration of the mentioned themes. 
* Considering a different design depending on film idea. 

Our actions are all connected. 
Relativity - connected.
What you will- do.
Has an impact on society. 

Idea- to express our interconnection with each other. 
It is outlined in a children story titled Relativity. 

Sorry for being absent on Tuesday's tute, I had to do some filming with my KPB117 group for our doco. As for the the revision of not using actors in our film - I'm happy with that, I'm sure we can demonstrate serenity and chaos effectively using music, smoke, shakiness etc as well as using the character figures.

Hi everyone, 

I wrote a story completed with illustrations ready to be used in a video clip that can be uploaded to YouTube. 

The story is titled Relativity. 

Meaning we are all connected through our actions. It's related to the theme of Twelfth night. 

It's on pladlet with the game board. 

We need the voice over with the game board to be linked to the story. 

Raymond can you edit and link the video togetther? 

Rebekah please add your creations to padlet too? Voice over recording and figeriens?

Sorry I have been a little inactive lately, I've been quite sick and resting hahaha but i did come up with some ideas for the board that you might like. 

I was thinking the board game starts from the middle and the players radiate outwards in whichever direction they choose, with multiple end points at either the corners of the board or the mid points of the board, each player going in whichever direction they choose will result in a different story. To follow the theme of following one's desires will result in chaos - I was thinking that the illustrations as well as the tasks to do get increasingly intense as you go towards the end. E.g. at the start it might be like, "do 5 pushups' and then at the end it could be something like 'Attempt a handstand with the person next to you while high fiving them". 

As for the cinematography side of things, I was thinking of starting off the board game night to look nice, friendly, and peaceful. As the players progress, the tension rises, and the music shifts more sinisterly. Players begin to get more flustered as they play, more irritable. Etc. Until at the end, the winner rises above the rest, almost caveman like, pumping their chest, flipping the board, and walking off satisfied.
