Here for Hart £5,000 - a simpler application form, suitable for first time applicants looking to deliver projects supporting the wider community. All projects provide a long-term benefit to participants. Applications close 10 August 2026

Here for Hart £50,000 - a detailed application form for larger projects with a long-term benefit to the community continuing years after project completion. The benefit could be due to longevity of items purchased or because the project is sustainable beyond the duration. Applications close 14 September 2026
