But, with the climate, people need to adjust to it, since they can't change it in any way. The ones that do exist don't have a growing population because they have high birth and death rates, and haven't started developing. Stage 2 countries, such as Afghanistan, have started to develop and grow rapidly because humans have many children to be able to support their family and survive. Stage 3 countries, such as India and South Africa, continue to grow steadily because they have a low birth and death rate. Stage 4 countries, such as USA and Canada, have a stable population/ aren't growing anymore   because they have a falling birth rate and  a low death rate. This is caused by the development of health care and they have more reliable food supply. Stage 5 countries, such as Italy and Germany, are declining in their population because their birth rates are lower than their death rates. Countries in stages 2-5 have developed enough to have some population, as stage 1 doesn't have any.

This might benefit them a little, but not at the fullest because sometimes they might not know what's right and what's wrong. Some countries, such as the United States, live with freedom, but also get some type of instruction to base off of and benefit from. Other countries, like North Korea, don't have any freedom at all and live by full instruction. If something isn't right, they still have to do it, even if it isn't very beneficial.

Hong Kong has a Free market economy, the US has a mixed market, and North Korea has a command economy.

If the population disobeys, consequences would be applied. In these systems, people can't express their opinions or thoughts.
