In Zara's case, the core stakeholder in customers' co-creating process is the employees.
In a Zara store, the employees or staffs are trained to be particularly sensitive to customers needs and wants. They are trained to listen, watch and attentive towards customer insights carefully, even with any small signs. For instance, from customers inquiry of certain products in the store, employees will able to understand what type, color, design, etc. of clothing the customers want. If the store is lack of this sort of products or products with these specific characteristics, they can use that as feedback from customers in designing and providing suggestions on trends back to the professional designer team and production line. Zara also have trend analysts and customer insights experts, to further cooperate customers' ideas into newly released collections for their customers. The new products will then be quickly released in a very short period of time - less than 2 weeks in fulfilling customers wants and desire. Thus the customers are participating in the co-creation process.
