         <description><![CDATA[<div>Recruitment and selection must have focus on employee approach and their future prospects at the business. Employees who are not motivated and work for themselves rather than for the holistic business objectives should not be hired. Training can be more oriented toward maintaining positive and effectual business culture. This positive business environment aids in increasing efficiency and motivation at minimal cost. The business can attract elite employees and reduce turnover by better incentivising their work through increased wage payments/benefits. When employees have a more substantial financial goal to work toward, they are more likely to put in more effort and be more committed. Chance of promotion and the ability to adopt new roles will also aid the business in maintaining staff, as employees will have greater goals to work toward.<br>oj<br><br></div>]]></description>
