He was memorable because he was a big part of the story he was like Harry Potter's rival/bully and his father was a death eater which  is a supporter of Voldemort so you kinda remembered Draco as the spoiled bully or something but later on you kinda remember him and the dude who was forced to join the dark side and didn't really have a choice. Hes also memorable for a lot of teens on tiktok, its kinda weird and personally I dont, but they seem to find him very attractive so yeah lol.
