As a team, we should intentionally create opportunities to discuss issues and current affairs which relate to moral values. We can also raise issues which occurred in school/centre. Having such discussions allows us to reflect on our own behaviour and think from others' perspectives. Every member should be given a chance to voice out their views. Through such discussions, we can also develop practical courses of action to resolve such situations together. This raises awareness of how our behaviour affects others and leads to increased moral awareness.

i guess as a team moral awareness starts with reflecting on our own behaviour and extract it out with a good manner and be more thoughtful of other people feeling and maintaining professionalism in handling conflict efficiently.
