A: white means its by a user without special permissions, red is important posts, blue is posts by moderators, and green is by admins. any colors not mentioned are the same as white. if you innapropriatly color a post, it will be changed to white.

A: yes. but if anyone does something against COPPA, the government (If availible) will punsh the offender.
