Suggest speakers to submit their requests in advance to the school eg, laptop, connector, cables etc... Speakers should prepare speech and Q&A that can last for each session to avoid early dismissal. Teachers in the rooms and PVs not aware of the issues caused by early dismissal of the students from the speakers' rooms. Eg, no teachers in classrooms to take care of the students if dismiss before 12.30pm. Suggest putting up posters/signage for students to inform them about the mini exhibition in the hall.
