While conducting research for the Book Award Scavenger Hunt, I realized so many of the books I loved as a child and young adult are Newberry Award Winners, so I had the idea, that I hope to try in our school library, to create a display of old and new Newberry Award Winners to try to encourage readers to check out these books. How else can we apply the knowledge of these awards and award-winning books in our libraries?
