Part of this lesson was possessive pronouns so learners had conversations in pairs to talk about their goals and then they had to report back to the whole class using the correct possessive pronoun. Using this template, you can create a form for each student, then share each learner's responses Sheet with them so they have the ability to track their weekly goals and actual time spent in learning over time.
