   1. Group Projects:

   • Divide and Conquer: Create separate sections on a Padlet for each group project topic. Generate breakout links for each section.

   • Focused Collaboration: Share the specific breakout link with each group. Students can then collaborate on their assigned section without distractions from other groups' work.

   2. Discussion Boards:

   • Multiple Topics: Create sections for different discussion topics or questions.

   • Targeted Responses: Share the relevant breakout link with students when assigning a specific topic. This keeps discussions organized and prevents threads from becoming overwhelming.

   3. Brainstorming:

   • Generate Ideas: Have students brainstorm ideas for a project or essay on a Padlet.

• Copy and Paste: Copy the AI-generated questions/options and paste them into the relevant sections of your Padlet.

How to Enable Auto-Moderation:

1. Go to your Padlet settings.

2. Navigate to the "Privacy" or "Moderation" section.

3. Enable the "Auto-moderate posts" or "Auto-moderate comments" option.

4. Customize the filtering options based on your preferences and the needs of your community.

Here's how it works:

1. Content Filtering:

• Profanity: Padlet can automatically detect and block or flag posts that contain profanity or offensive language.

• Inappropriate Images: The system can scan uploaded images for nudity, violence, or other unsuitable content.

2. Keyword Monitoring:

• Customizable: You can set specific keywords or phrases that you want Padlet to monitor. If a post contains these words, it can be automatically blocked, flagged, or held for review.

• Adaptable: You can update your keyword list over time to address new trends or concerns.

3. Comment Moderation:

• Proactive: Padlet can moderate comments in real-time, preventing the spread of harmful or irrelevant content.

• Flexible: You can choose whether comments are automatically hidden or flagged for review.

4. Reporting:

• Community Feedback: Padlet users can report posts or comments they deem inappropriate. These reports can trigger automatic moderation actions or alert you for further review.

5. Author Blocking:

• Preventative: If a user repeatedly posts inappropriate content, you can block them from contributing to your Padlet altogether.

• Use the availability Dates in an assignment in Moodle.

• Change Privacy Settings: On the closing date, go to the post's settings and change the privacy to "Hidden" or "Secret" to prevent further contributions. You can also remove the post entirely if desired.
