2). The root cause of the problem is a combination of human nature to procrastinate, laziness or students trying to be efficient with their time.  The result is they come to class unprepared and the class time is used to explain the basic concepts rather than focussing on the tougher areas and two-way discussion.

3). We will test the enrollment of students and a brief assessment  in August and go live in September with small classes.

4) The quality of student responses, subsequent class disciussion and grades will be the measure of the implementation.
