Individual computers for each student. A large amount of time is spent gathering and finding computers for use in the classrooms, instead of using the time more wisely with hands on activities and teaching. We can't seriously plan to use the computers because they might be gone or being used by another class.

- We introduced them to diff., ways to record and represent findings. Children drew bar charts -to represent weather for example-.
- They were given the choice to represent their findings in the way they preferred.
Measurement
- Time: Clock
Intro, numbers in a clock. Tell time to the hour.
- Children are introduced to calendar: months and their numbers, days of the week and date.
- Measurement: done with Six Bricks, rulers and our bodies.
- Focus deeper: Standard unit for length and temperature.
