Maybe try turning on the Spanish subtitles for the TV, or maybe try listening to Spanish music every now and then.

They say that you remember things better if you write them down. Anyway, take notes, write down vocabulary, grammar rules, etc. It has helped me tremendously throughout the schoolyear last year, and this year I have a notebook full of notes I can reference. I do know that when i didn't write things down, I sometimes forgot them or it took me much longer to remember.
I included an image of how I might format my notes, but how you do it is totally up to you!
