I grew up in a heavily religious household and my parents have always been strict about going to church every week. until my older sister stopped going when she got older and complained about going which started to separate us and cause problems. then I started to go less which made me start to question my faith, even when I had always been stuck with it as I saw in my dad.

my past relationship led to much growth emotionally and physically. After we separated, I resorted to having to focus on my own emotional intelligence and maturity. I then gained the motivation to take more care of myself physically and started going to the gym and running consistently.

a lesson that I have learned from my dad is to always be calm, never overreact or lash out. he's always said that it doesn't help in any situation if people are panicking and/or in a rush. I've learnt to also stay calm and not take everything so seriously.
