I incentivized by offering treat if there was 100% participation. So they were enthusiastic about that.

I honestly think they have PERTS fatigue from last year and don't love the idea of doing it again.

When we discussed results, their attitudes were better.

The students had quite a negative reaction to taking the survey, they were very vocal with their complaints. I think emphasizing the importance of why I wanted them to take it in that moment helped with my fidelity scores though! I did also offer candy to make it more of a positive experience for them.

We discussed the low supportive teaching data - students felt like the teacher didn't know their strengths/weaknesses. Students expressed they wanted more teacher input

They were open to taking the survey. They were not terribly interested in the results. They also were not very interested in my follow-up. I got more participation in the survey than I did in my follow up. They also seemed to not really care about the category I chose.

I think it helped that we were intentional in who we has a team were surveying (all sophomores were done in 4th period) students weren't getting bombarded with multiples.
