Q:  What does the photograph definitely tell me?
A:  It tells me that the country is highly populated and well-developed as highways are present.

Q:  What other ideas can I infer from the photograph?
A:   People are well-off and can afford vehicles to travel to work or school which may be far away.

Q:  What does the photograph not tell me?
A:   It does not show what city this is and what is the cause of the traffic congestion. It also does not tell us whether it is peak hour or if this sight is seen commonly everyday.

Q:  What other questions do I want to ask?
A:   What happens when it snows?
What is the temperature?
Is there air pollution?
When it rains, are there more accidents that occur?

What does the photograph definitely tell me?
- buildings on the sides are very old/worn out
- road is congested
- high risk of danger as people are moving around frantically/jaywalking etc.
- traffic is not orderly

What other ideas can I infer from the photograph?
- transportation is less developed/advanced
- more accident prone
- economy might not be good, so they cannot afford proper road safety implementations (e.g road lanes)
- might be poor as they may not be able to afford more developed transportation (e.g buses, cars)

What does the photograph not tell me? What other questions do I want to ask?
- it does not tell me if this scene is common or only during peak hours

- is the government stepping in enough to improve the road conditions/facilities?
- is the infrastructure safe?
- why are there no traffic lights?
- do the people there have a proper education?
- do they have good health conditions?
- do they have a lane specified for vehicles?
- are the people safe in their kind of environment?

There are many people, and there is no clear path for the pedestrians to cross the road, they seem like they are walking with the cars. There are many motorbikes and tutuks

There are no buses, and the people are poor. Since the roads are narrower, the vehicles used are smaller. There are no traffic rules
