Physical Environment: I incorporated a reward system in my groups this year. Student's goal is to earn one dollar. Each day they are with me and do a good job, they earn .01 cent. When students earn $1.00 they will receive a real dollar from me that than can spend where ever they choose. This has really helped students learn the value of money.

I had to know the students individually because I needed to scaffold with the grades/students.
