         <description><![CDATA[<div>The higher education program is designed for 4 years. Applicants do not pass College (University) entrance exams, they are accepted based on the results of the SAT exam, on the basis of a motivation letter and recommendations from high school teachers, but there are a number of Universities where there are entrance tests.<br>The training program provides for obtaining knowledge in 30 subjects. Already in the 3rd year, students study narrow-profile subjects of their specialty. At the end of the program, students pass state exams and defend their graduation projects. After all these stages, students are awarded a higher education diploma, and the Bachelor's degree is the first stage of higher education.</div>]]></description>

Only candidates of science who have a lot of research and scientific papers under their belt can enter this program.Almost always, such a program is funded by a University or charitable organization. The responsibilities of students in this program include working on a research project, attending a minimum number of lectures and seminars, mostly on an individual basis, as well as teaching at the University where the program is taught.</div>]]></description>
