One of the most memorable experiences I had during our 2nd semester was the time we worked together during our class activities and group projects. It wasn’t just about academic it was the laughter, inside jokes, and teamwork that made those moments unforgettable. Whether we were rushing to meet deadlines or helping each other understand the lessons, those shared struggles and victories created a strong bond among us. It made me realize how important connection and cooperation are, and I’ll always remember how we supported one another through the ups and downs of the semesters.

My memorable experience I had in this class. Whenever we had face-to-face session, I felt like I was in a safe space- like home. I could be myself without hesitation and freely express my thoughts.

Your teaching approach was engaging and enjoyable. You had a way of delivering topics that made us laugh, even in small moments, and made discussions exciting and fun. This approach helped us grasp the subject matter more easily.

The "Understand the Self" subject was particularly impactful for me. It helped me gain a deeper understanding of myself and those around me. Through this course, I was able to improve my abilities and teaching skills, and I'm motivated to become a better version of myself.

Throughout the second semester, I had the privilege of learning from Sir Hannani in the subject Understanding the Self. One of the memorable experiences that stands out was the way he discusses and reflects on self-awareness, identity, and personal growth. Sir, you created a space where I felt comfortable exploring my own strengths, weaknesses, and motivations. Your teaching approach was engaging and full of love and joy. And I loved how you encouraged us to share our thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment.

Even though we meet once a week I gained a deeper understanding of myself and my relationships with others. Sir, your guidance and words of wisdom ( hahahahahahahha words of affirmation ba naman love language) helped me develop a greater sense of self-awareness, and started to see things from a new perspective. What I appreciated most about you sir was your ability to create a safe space where I felt heard and understood. (bonggaaa) Ang confidence level ay 101%

This class wasn't just about academics; it was a journey of self-discovery. I'm grateful for the opportunity to meet you, Sir Hannani. you thought me how to love myself more, care for myself and teach me on loving myself first before loving others— and I began to see myself and my relationships with others in a new light. The most memorable moment of my first year, second semester in college will always be last November.

It was a month of change—of discovery, pain, growth, and unexpected connections.

During that time, I felt truly alive. I was loved. I was learning—not just academically, but emotionally and mentally. I met different people who challenged me, comforted me, and opened my eyes to new perspectives.

I got hurt, yes—but I still chose to stand up and fight. I reminded myself that strength doesn’t come from avoiding pain; it comes from embracing it, healing, and moving forward.

Some people left marks on my life—some good, some painful. I met the right person… but at the wrong time. And that’s a lesson I still carry with me: timing matters as much as connection.

Oh my God, I miss being loved by that person. They became my comfort, my safe space, my reason to smile on hard days. That love, though short-lived, was real. And that memory continues to be my source of inspiration.

This semester, I learned so much not just academically, but also personally. I discovered the importance of setting goals, believing in myself, and having a growth mindset. Good evening sir, first of all I wanna thank you for lessons that I learned in this class, this second semester has been so fun and unforgettable for me. Our class is always filled with laughter, and I really enjoy every moment. One of the most memorable experiences I had was during our group activities. I learned many new things, but I also had a lot of fun working with my classmates. We helped each other, joked around, and made every activity more exciting.

Even if there were times when I felt tired or stressed, the happy moments in class made everything better. The way we laugh together, share stories, and support each other made me feel comfortable and at home. In the whole 2nd semester with sir hannani and he's lessons , I experience to enjoy and to be excited with new lessons that he will discuss to us. I experience to laughed the whole hours of our class with him because of his funny examples but related to our duscussion and all he's funny gesture just to make he's class happy. All the lessons that he discuss to us are remarkable and understandable that makes him remarkable to us.

Honestly, I didn’t expect to enjoy this subject as much as I did, but your way of communicating with us and your sense of humor made a big difference. Two weeks ago, I was panicking over a low quiz score. I thought we were going to be quizzed on Modules 12–13, but it turned out to be Module 14. I came to you, nervous and afraid to ask if I could retake the quiz. Deep down, I felt you wouldn’t allow it because it was my own fault—I had been irresponsible. But then you called me, your voice calm and gentle: “Hija, what’s the matter?”

I explained, with just a little hope in my heart. I was scared and almost in tears when you replied: “I do understand you. But if you hadn’t reached out, I wouldn’t have considered it. Since you did, I will.”

Your answer was unexpected. At that moment, I was at my lowest. My dad was recovering from surgery. I was working, and even thinking of stopping. But you gave me a chance. Thank you, Sir, for your kindness that day.

You lightened the heavy burden I was carrying. You gave me relief and let me breathe, even if just for a while. Maybe I forgot Freud’s theory on stress coping methods, or how to “take charge of one’s self,” but I will never forget the lesson you taught me.

I will never forget your kindness, your warmth, your energy—and how I enjoyed your class so much, I never wanted it to end.

The most memorable experience for me was our first meeting/first class when you introduced yourself, sir, and I idolize you when it comes to teaching. I love how you handle us and teach, sir. You know how to joke around while you teach but still align with the lesson. The second semester was equally memorable because of the positive and supportive classroom environment you fostered. I felt comfortable asking questions and participating, which significantly enhanced my learning.

One of the most memorable experiences I had this 2nd semester was having a professor who was really excellent at teaching. Grabe si Sir, Hannani. Kahit four words lang ang isulat niya sa board, he can explain everything clearly and in full detail just through oral discussion. Para bang magic — simple lang 'yung nakasulat, pero ang dami mong matututunan. What made it even more memorable was his humor and teaching style. Nakakatawa talaga siya magturo in a way na hindi ka ma-bo-bored. Engaging siya, relatable, and you can feel na he really wants us to understand the lesson, not just memorize it. Honestly, kapag siya ang nagtuturo, mas naiintindihan ko talaga yung topic.

At that time, you immediately introduced us to proper, ethical, and acceptable conduct expected of future teachers. You were somewhat intimidating at first, but throughout the semester, I learned more about you.

You're an excellent and hardworking teacher. I felt like I learned something new every class, and I appreciate your work so much. I liked your way of teaching sir, you could manage all kinds of students. Your classes were engaging, and you always made us laugh, making us forget our worries.

Because of you sir, Understanding the Self/GE 1 became my most loved subject "Walang halong chemical " and it is not my favorite subject for nothing. You educated us effectively, touching on physical, sexual, material, spiritual, political, and digital aspects of self. You were consistent throughout the course from the prelim on "The self various perspectives", to the midterm on "Unpacking the self", and to the last Topic "Managing and Caring for the self" I'm sincerely thankful for all your teachings and counsel, which will be precious as an aspiring educator. It would not be my favorite subject if it were not for the best teacher I ever had.

If someone would ask me why my favorite subject is this one, I could not tell them in a few hours, it would take me a lot longer. My answer will be longer than the essay.

Personally, this subject helped me a lot. It made me know myself better, to become who I am. "Walang kaba, walang takot ang atake" 🔥

Because of this subject I finally express myself, I was able to bring out the real me, "The real Jinky" For me your class sir is a "HOME" where everyone is Free and Safe to be who they are. "Literal po na nakilala at na understand ko po si self sir, Pasokk " 💅🏻

Gracias to this subject and your assistance po sir hannani, I appreciate and love myself more, both my strengths and vulnerabilities. To be honest , I faced a lot of untold problems this second sem, but I was able to cope because I could relate with our topic, and knowing that isa akong Latina na Slayable sa buhay I will conquer everything talaga no matter what happen, kidding aside. HAHAHAHAHA

Lastly, I would like to use this opportunity to thank you sincerely for being our understanding the Self/Ge 1 instructor. We are truly Blessed to have you as our instructor. Your Burning passion, dedication and enthusiasm molded us into who we are now. Thank you sir, I will never forget you sir. I know some people might have been thrown off by your… colorful language, but honestly? It didn't matter. It felt real, authentic. And you were right, everyone should be open-minded. Why? Because these activities gave us a safe space to express our creativity, share personal reflections, and engage actively and meaningfully with our peers. I genuinely appreciate the opportunity you gave us, Sir, as we were able to collaborate openly, exchange ideas, and support one another without having the fear of being criticize. What made these tasks even more special and memorable was the freedom given to us in choosing and making our own groups, as it allowed us to work with those we felt closest to while also being open to those who wanted to join our group. These moments made learning not only enjoyable but also deeply significant to our personal growth. Through these memorable experiences, I have grown not just academically but also emotionally and socially. The lessons I have gained from this class are more than just an academics, it was a "pabaon" that I will surely use for a lifetime. And one thing is for sure: this subject was really meant for you, because if it weren't you, Sir, I wouldn't be able to really understand this subject and myself on such a deeper level. Grateful is an understatement for having the opportunity to learn with a one of a kind educator like you.
