What was something new or thought about in a different way that you learned this week and why?
We haven't gotten into too much content already with it only being the second week, but i really enjoyed learning about the Social Contagion Theory. Before learning about this theory I hadn't put much thought into how peoples emotions effect the emotions of those around them. I will now forever think about how my emotions are effecting others and will even try to help others have a positive attitude so that we can all  spread happiness :) 
2.Based on best practices, how can you apply what you know in you career choice as a Health Promotion Manager?
The goal is to always help the the most amount of people become the healthiest that they can be. I will use best practices in whatever career I choose to help as many people as I can to live a long and healthy life. By using best practices I will know that I am using the best strategies/programs out there.
3.What do you want to learn more about, and why?
I would like to learn more about behavior change. Most of our careers are going to evolve around changing the behaviors of others for the better of their health. It would also be beneficial to learn how to help the changes be sustainable.
