1998

Fingerworks Founded
Wayne Westerman founded the company Fingerworks, a company in Delaware. They use an uncommon technology back then, capacitive multi-touch.

2000

iGesture First Created
Fingerworks released iGesture, a trackpad that allows people with wrist injury to easily use computers.

Around 2001

Idea of Phone
In the US, the idea of a phone was created by he's Apple team. But Steve Jobs, the founder of Apple, did not like the idea.

2002

Brought iGesture
Tina Huang, an Apple employee, brought iGesture to the Apple office in US, due to her wrist injury. Some of the other employees created a demonstration of Mac OS that uses a trackpad inspired by iGesture. Jony Ive, an Apple employee, showed the idea to Steve. Steve was not a fan, and rejected it. Steve somehow started liking it, but they had difficulties, and the project was shut down.

2004

Rejected Idea
In US, Tony Fadell had an idea to create an iPod with WiFi. Steve didn't like it, and told him to try another way.

2005

Touch Screen
Steve asked Bas Ording, a programmer, to make a demonstration of touch screen scrolling list. When Bos was making it, he could not keep scrolling and thought he's coding crashed, until he realized, it was at the end of the list. He decided to make a bouncing motion to kindly trigger the people. Steve liked it, and Apple was working on it. The location wasn't very clear.

Two Sleepless Weeks
Steve gave a small Apple group two weeks to create something amazing. With their two sleepless weeks in the Apple Campus, they amazingly created something great. It was Apple's first touch screen phone. They focused on the function of the phone. Steve wasn't happy at first, but he gave another chance to them, and they showed it again in a better way that made Steve happy. The project was top secret.

Working with Fingerworks
Apple would also work with Fingerworks to create a product from all of those technologies. The location is not clear, but I'm guessing it's at Apple or Fingerworks's office.

Process of Making a Phone
Apple had two options. One, make a phone in an iPod version, and shrinking the Mac OS with Fingerworks touch technology. Steve didn't know which one was better, he made two teams and make them compete. Option one is a team led by Tony, option two is a team led by an Apple employee, Scott Forstall. They weren't allowed to see each other's project. The software guy isn't allowed to see hardware, the hardware guy isn't allowed to see software. These moments was one of the most stressful moments for the Apple employees. One employee slammed the door so hard, because she couldn't meet her family, she got trapped and was free by a baseball bat. Some would quit, get fired, or get divorced. Steve focused more on Tony's team that is making an iPod looking phone, while Freddy's team is making a multi touch computer that fits in your hands called iOS. They all made it in their office.

Slide to Unlock Technology
Freddy Anzures, an Apple designer, was in the toilet of a US domestic airline. He really admired how he only needed to slide to unlock the toilet. He decided he wants the phone to have the slide to unlock feature.

2006

The CPU
By February, 2006, Apple didn't have the CPU. Which is basically the brain of the phone. They were suppose to ship in a year, and they only had three months. They contacted Samsung, who they already have done a collaboration on the iPod, but Samsung only had a CPU from a cable box. Apple told them to modify it in six months, which is fast for a CPU. The location wasn't clear but I'm guessing it's at Samsung and Apple's office.

The Keyboard
The iOS software had difficulties finding the perfect keyboard. All employees had shown their keyboard creations that does not fit, except for one, Ken Kocienca. He's fit perfectly well. He's keyboard even had an autocorrect feature, which was the first Apple keyboard that features an auto correct.

Three Months Before the Launching
The CPU still had bugs. They were still fixed, and that time was just three months away before the launching of the product.

2007

The Presentation
On January 9th, Steve present iOS in the Macworld convention, San Francisco. The CPU still had bugs, but the presentation went very well. They decided to call it iPhone. Everyone was so amazed, except when he was saying the name is iPhone, because some people thought it was a joke.

This distance was greater than that of normal direct speech. The earliest mechanical telephones were based on sound transmission through pipes or other physical media.[1] The acoustic tin can telephone, or "lovers' phone", has been known for centuries.[1] It connects two diaphragms with a taut string or wire, which transmits sound by mechanical vibrations from one to the other along the wire (and not by a modulated electric current).

Born into the prominent Kennedy family in Brookline, Massachusetts, Kennedy graduated from Harvard University in 1940 before joining the U.S. Naval Reserve the following year. During World War II, he commanded a series of PT boats in the Pacific theater and earned the Navy and Marine Corps Medal for his service and war heroism. After a brief stint in journalism, Kennedy represented a working-class Boston district in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1947 to 1953. He was subsequently elected to the U.S. Senate and served as the junior senator for Massachusetts from 1953 to 1960. While in the Senate, Kennedy published his book, Profiles in Courage, which won a Pulitzer Prize. In the 1960 presidential election, he narrowly defeated Republican opponent Richard Nixon, who was the incumbent vice president. Kennedy's humor, charm, and youth in addition to his father's money and contacts were great assets in the campaign. Kennedy's campaign gained momentum after the first televised presidential debates in American history. Kennedy was the first Catholic elected president.

Kennedy's administration included high tensions with communist states in the Cold War. As a result, he increased the number of American military advisers in South Vietnam. The Strategic Hamlet Program began in Vietnam during his presidency. In April 1961, he authorized an attempt to overthrow the Cuban government of Fidel Castro in the failed Bay of Pigs Invasion.[2] Kennedy authorized the Cuban Project in November 1961.

the first clock is by Peter henlein was made in 1510 and by 1541 , Peter is well known for his art. Peter is a locksmith from Nuremberg Germany who is credited with the invention of modern day clock and the originator of entire clock making industry that we have today . How the modern day method to check time came to be , 1885 it is not yet known as to why numbers till 12 and multiple five are used to calculate the exact time but it goes back to Egyptians dividing their day into 12 small parts in there sundials, the importance of the number is typically attributed either the fact treat it equals the number of lunar cycles in a year or the number of finger joints on each hand ( three in each of the four fingers ,excluding the thumb ), making it possible to count to 12 with the thumb , minutes and seconds, however, we’re not used for every day timekeeping until many centuries. Clock displays divided the hour into halves, thirds, quarters and sometimes even 12 parts, but never by 60. In fact, the hour was not commonly understood to be the duration of 60 minutes. Thank you
