2. The Middle Ages (late fifth century AD - late fifteenth century). It begins with the fall of the Western Roman Empire and ends with the discovery of America in 1492.
3. The Modern Age (late fifteenth century - late eighteenth century). It covers from the discovery of America until the outbreak of the French Revolution in 1789.
4. The Contemporary Age (END OF THE 18TH CENTURY - to the present) It covers from the French Revolution to the present day.</pre><div><br></div>]]></description>
