Company can use Sales force CRM data to give your workers detailed feedback, identifying trouble areas and using built-in coaching tools to ensure that everyone on the team is up to speed.</div><div>A CRM can also further boost a sales teams' productivity if it can be accessed by the team wherever they happen to be. Ensuring that a CRM integrates with the latest technology and can be accessed on-the-go via smart phones and tablets for staff members who often travel, hot desk or work from home is crucial to a businesses' productivity levels. A CRM system that can be accessed remotely, for example, allows the sales team to tap into, update and use real-time information to prepare for a last -minute meeting and respond to customer queries immediately wherever they are. A CRM platform also allows marketing departments to easily monitor campaigns and measure their effectiveness.</div><div>CRM software has proved to be a boon for various enterprises in resolving issues related to the employees’ productivity. Without CRM, it will be difficult for the organization to efficiently manage the performance of the employees.</div><div>CRM  used in Sales or Support Teams, raises productivity and efficiency which results in boosting confidence and motivational level of employees.</div><div>A well implemented CRM connects your business the way spreadsheets and shared servers never can.
