We simply start with when did this organisation established, who established that and why, purpose, aim and value of the organisation, which type of products and services they give to customers, who are the customers and clients for the organisation, how they work, what are their achievements, what did they expect from the employees, who are the competitors of the organisation and how did they tackle from them. Today's class was very interesting. I really enjoyed today's class.

All the candidates were present at a same time and discuss the same topic. Interviewer noticed their communication skill "how we interact with others?", "how we solve the situation?". 
Their are some points we take care in a group interview-
* communication and teamwork
* problem solving
* knowledge of particular subject
* Determination and perseverance. 
* Contribute but do not dominate. 
Then we talk about painless presentation and psychometric tests. Psychometric tests used in a interview as a tool for shortlisting candidates prior to interview. 
Last impression is equally important as first impression. We should maintain that also.

" and contribution ,do not think dominat your self , do not interrupt while speaking ,involve others , refer questions , build structure of other's statement , help of your team ,concentrate do not think about result. we had learnt about visual aids , knowledge and enthusiasm , how to make impressive ? , handling the questions, psychometric test does work as  shortlisting before the interview, making a good impression , do not share awkward answer , do not forgot firm handshake after complete the interview.
