You might also feel upset it had happened and this might make you feel uncomfortable again. Remember that memories are important as they help us to learn and grow in our lives, no matter if they are good or bad memories. Some people keep diaries to write down their special memories; others use photos to capture those nice moments.   

Ms Leonora and I invite you to write a brief sentence of a special and good memory that you have experienced, saying why it was so special. You could also share a picture of a special moment in your life and describe it briefly. Or simply, draw or write anything which reminds you of that instance.
