When someone is hurtful to me, I can respond assertively and tell them to stop and that I don't like it. If the behavior continues, I will go to find support.

Someone said you're boring or you're a nerd. That's like that what the building says. Then say. thank you because.Sometimes that's the way to do it. Just be grateful and just be nicer than even if they're rude.And that's the way I would do it.
